Professional profile

Avv. Sara Manuello has focused on criminal law since her university studies, completed in Genoa with a thesis in criminal procedure, and trained in the same field. Admitted to the Imperia Bar in 2018, she practises criminal defence exclusively, both as retained and as court-appointed counsel.

For matters outside criminal law, the practice works with trusted professionals in civil, administrative and other areas of law and coordinates their involvement, so that the client has a single point of contact.

The initial consultation

The first meeting is a professional consultation: the facts and documents are examined and the possible courses of action are explained. As a professional service, it is subject to a fee.

Should the client then instruct the practice, the consultation fee is deducted in full from the retainer required to proceed: in that case the first meeting entails no additional cost.
